Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Research a full list of website compliance matters that need to be addressed for a Swiss company doing business in the UK and UAE markets, including: Licensing requirements Cyber-security requirements Payment processing regulations Tax and customs considerations UK-specific considerations: Eg: Digital Service Standard, regulations about contracting UK customers, Electronic Commerce Regulations, British Code of Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct as administered by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) UAE-specific considerations: Publications and Publishing Law and Penal Code, the presidential decree concerning cyber law Any other pertinent matters Write up locally applicable T's & C's and arrange for insertion into the “.co.uk” and “.ae” website domains. Any other reasonable Ad Hoc tasks which may be allocated from time to time as required and requested by an Multi Media Enterprise representative.
