Our new TSHLIFE app and digital platform will connect nearly a million current and former co-living and co-working guests. Biggest challenge and WHY do we need you?There is A LOT of data available within our reporting systems. We need a STAR who's able to gather and standardize all relevant data for our team and who's availabe from the 1st of February 2019! So basically you are the most organized wolf of the pack. This is a diversified company operating in multiple countries, there really is no One Size Fits All Approach...And you like it!   As the Corporate HQ Finance team we are SO not corporate. Hierarchical structures are sort of unkown to us, we don't do bosses. Also we aren't squares, so you better be a circle :) We are always open for new and innovative ideas and we go the extra mile to get things done. What we actually do is – we don't know how to put it otherwise – reporting & analyzing all relevant financial data within our organization. Among others, our investors want to know how we are doing from financial perspective. That's where you come in ;)  What will you be doing to make that happen?Providing support with monthly reporting for both internal- and external purposes by: Uploading monthly input data for reporting purposes into reporting system Compiling data into appropriate formats for budgeting and reporting purposes/standardized reports Distributing monthly P&L's and collecting relevant analysis thereof for monthly reporting purposes  Providing support with the annual consolidation process by: Assisting in maintaining intercompany schedules and eliminations in the reporting system Compiling and maintaining standardized consolidation backup schedules and sourcing of relevant information Assisting with intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with reviewing of contents of the consolidation worksheets and Annual Report i.e. wording, numbers are reflected accurately. This is basically proof-reading files and cross checking the contents of the consolidated financial statements Assisting in developing and improving group consolidation and reporting processes Performing general ad-hoc administration tasks Requirements Who are you?     A super organized financial who thrives in a rapidly growing environment Detail oriented (perfectionist tendencies encouraged!), have excellent planning skills and you know how to deal well with deadlines Hard working and reliable: work hard, but don't forget to play hard as well Therefore you know how to celebrate success: *yaaaaay* #A fan of fun! Important note: To be a part of our community a work permit is required   Background: Currently studying a Bachelor degree with a specialty in Accounting or Bachelor in Accounting Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Have good communication skills (Fluent English. Spanish/Italian would be an advantage) Knowledge of accounting systems & software preferred Basic knowledge of group consolidations will give you a head-start..   What do we offer you?
