We are looking for smart and proactive Business, Markering or Communications students that care about our planet for the following internships that will start February 1st. Since we’re starting in the UK, we are looking for excellent English speakers and writers. • Working with the category management team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the creation and implementation of the category pages • Briefing content to be written by copywriters • Searching the internet for relevant stories and images for the categories • Contacting merchant partners for content and campaigns for the category pages • Creating and maintaining project plans, category calendars and timeline • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ‘listening’ in various channels (social media, blogs etc.) and engaging in conversation on behalf of the Dayrize brand. • Identifying relevant channels for Dayrize to engage in • Use of appropriate social listening tools • Understanding the Dayrize brand and tone of voice • Writing and engaging with these communities on behalf of the brand (with guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager) • Working closely with the SEO Director, you will be responsible for organising the briefing of the SEO content • Identifying the relevant Organic Search Key Words from our analysis for each category • Writing a brief for each category for our copy agency • Reviewing and approving the copy (with the SEO Director) • Co-ordinating the delivery and implementation of the category pages • The role requires working across a number of departments (marketing, category management, digital products) and with external agencies • Source relevant merchants by scouring relevant sources across the internet – webshops, blogs, social media etc. • Ensure each merchant information is enriched with the relevant contact details. This will include calling and emailing relevant merchants • Ensuring the relevant details are entered correctly into our CRM tool, Freshsales • Notifying the sales team of updates to the CRM tool • The role requires working closely with the sales team but also being able to reach out directly to merchants by phone and email • Working with the Partner Onboard Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our merchant partners upload their products successfully to the Dayrize platform • Sending emails to the partners with instructions on how to upload their products • Organizing calls with partners to walk them through the process and answer any questions • Follow up with partners that have not completed the upload process • Update and manage all the partner information tool
